By Doug Spoon, Editor
The Menifee City Council last week approved final tract map 36658-4 for the Cimarron Ridge housing development in northwest Menifee.
Cimarron Ridge will be located west of Valley Boulevard, south of McLaughlin Road, east of Goetz Road, and north of Thornton Avenue. This tract map is one of seven phases of the project by Pulte Homes. The subdivision will include 36.39 gross acres of land with 81 residential lots, including 10 lots for open space/water quality and draining purposes, and a 10.9-acre public park.
This approved agenda item included “approval of the associated Subdivision Improvement Agreement (‘Agreement’) as required by the Project’s conditions of approval. The Agreement requires that improvement securities are posted to guarantee the completion of the required onsite improvements. The Agreement requires that these improvements be completed within 12 months from the date of City Council approval.”
